About the company

Logex offers logistics services with a focus on food transports to customers throughout Norrland with connecting regular services to Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skåne. The company also offers package solutions for warehousing, logistics and distribution based on customers specific needs and wishes.

Their head office is adjacent to the company’s terminal in Umeå. In addition, terminals are available in Sundsvall, Skellefteå and Luleå.

The challenge

With over 100 vehicles on the road and even more employees around Sweden, functioning communication is crucial. Even more so if there’s a problem. Frida Häggström is the Operative manager at Logex AB. She manages the company’s PBX and telephony. When they were looking for a telephony supplier, it was important for them with a high service standard.

“We wanted to have our own contact person. Not having to talk to different departments and wait in line, as you have to do with the largest telco providers,” she says.

A flexible PBX for an industry in constant change

Frida appreciates the agility that Telavox provides. She saves a lot of time by being able to manage most of the administration herself. With many employees, changes have to be made all the time. People come and go, and technology has to keep up.

“Whether I need to add surf, change someone’s administrative rights, or get new licenses, I can easily do it myself. That’s super convenient,” says Frida.

A large staff requires that you can make changes on the go. In Telavox, managing the PBX takes little to no time.

“For us, Telavox has been nothing but great. It means so much to be able to adapt our solution when our needs change,” she says.

Frida says the user-friendly interface of Telavox makes onboarding of new colleagues quick and fun.

“We have a large number of users. Most of them just get it immediately, without the need for any training at all. That’s how intuitive Telavox is,” she says.
