How it works

When a call ends, a customer satisfaction survey will automatically be sent to the caller based on your chosen settings in Brilliant.

You can choose which queues and call flows to add the integration to.

You can customise, manage and analyse your surveys in Brilliant’s platform.

Getting started

Install the Brilliant integration from our App Directory. You need an account with Brilliant in order to use the integration.
