Expected downtime during maintenance window : 2 x 10 minutes
Affected services:
During the downtime period (approximately 20 minutes or less) users will be unable to login to, make changes towards or use the following services:
- APIs (Affecting both Internal and External APIs)
- Admin portal
- Webapp/Softphone
- Mobile apps
- Operator
- Partner portal
- Partner APIs
Calls from/to our softphone client will also be affected, users may experience call failures during the downtime.
Other telephony services (calls to and from Mobiles phones and Fixed terminals) are unaffected by this maintenance work
