Telavox gives service providers the flexibility to deploy, integrate and extend communication services in the way that fits their architecture. With multiple deployment models, standard integration points and a platform built for operators, you can launch and run UCaaS services with full control.
Telavox provides flexible deployment options so service providers can choose the model that best aligns with their technical environment, operational policies and commercial goals. Each model offers a clear division of responsibilities and integrates with existing systems.
Telavox hosted
We operate the full service in our controlled environment with infrastructure deployed across multiple sites and countries. This model offers a fully managed setup where scalin, maintenance and updates are handled by Telavox, while you integrate through standard IT and network touchpoints.
Public cloud
Deploy our solutions in a public cloud environment operated and maintained by Telavox. This model supports cloud-first strategies and simplifies procurement and operations. Telavox is also available though Google Cloud Marketplace, offering an additional deployment route of operators using Google Cloud.
Private cloud
Run our services in a private cloud configuration that meets local data and sovereignty requirements. The service remains cloud-native and operated by Telavox, while giving operators additional control over their environment to comply with regulatory or internal policies.
Architecture overview
Platform components
Telavox is built as a modular platform that brings together real-time communication, UCaaS applications, AI services, business logic and fixed-mobile convergence in a single stack.
The platform combines voice and call control, user and service management, AI-powered call handling and converged mobile logic to support consistent communication across devices, numbers and networks.
Operator touchpoints
Telavox integrates across the key domains of a service provider environment, aligning with existing systems and processes for network control, service provisioning, identity, billing and operations.
Integration points cover numbering and routing, service lifecycle management, charging and revenue assurance, OSS/BSS workflows and regulatory requirements such as lawful intercept.
Integration framework
BSS
Operators can run their full offer on the Telavox BSS, using built-in subscription models, provisioning logic and number lifecycle management. This approach minimizes integration effort, accelerates time to market and gives operators a single, unified stack for UCaaS, mobile and AI services.
BYOT
Operators can use their own telephony infrastructure while Telavox provides the UCaaS, AI and application layer. Numbers stay under operator control, and existing routing, SBCs or carrier agreements remain in place – giving operators full flexibility while modernising their portfolio.
FMC
Telavox provides converged call handling across mobile devices and UCaaS applications. Presence, routing logic and user availability stay synced, ensuring a consistent experience across business numbers, devices and networks without requiring additional apps or duplication of logic.
API for OSS/BSS
Operators who prefer to use their own OSS/BSS systems can integrate Telavox using our provisioning and configuration APIs (CAPI and PAPI). These APIs support functions such as user provisioning, number management, subscriptions and PBX configuration.
Reliability, security & trust
Uptime
Telavox delivers 99.9%+ service availability through fully redundant production environments, with all systems monitored 24/7/365 by dedicated Network Operations Centers (NOC).
ISO 27001 Certified
Telavox operates a structured, risk-based information security program, certified according to ISO/IEC 27001. The program governs how we manage risk, protect information assets and operate security controls across the organisation.
Hosting locations
Telavox supports multiple hosting models to meet different operator requirements. Services can be delivered through shared Telavox hosting, deployed locally in an operator’s own data centre, or run in hybrid configurations that combine both approaches.
Data residency
Telavox’s shared hosting environment is hosted in our own data centres in Northern Europe. Data processed within this environment is stored in Europe. Alternative deployment models can be used to meet local or hybrid data residency requirements.
AI Models
Telavox does not train or operate proprietary AI models. Our AI services rely on models provided by third-party providers, including Google and ElevenLabs. Telavox does not use customer data to train AI models.
Privacy & data protection
Telavox follows applicable privacy and data protection regulations, including GDPR. Data processed by Telavox is stored in our data centres within the European Union, and handled in accordance with established privacy and security controls.
