You can easily connect PowerBi with Telavox in order to visualize your communication statistics. You only need to do the following:

  1. Navigate to AppSource within PowerBi and download the Telavox Analytics app

  2. Once the application is installed select the option “Connect your data”

  3. Sign in with your Telavox credentials

Overview: The complete overview of your calls.

Service Level: Your queues service levels over time.

Call status: Analyze your call performance with information regarding the amount of answered calls, missed calls etc.

Queue performance: More in depth queue performance statistics.

Agent performance: More in depth agent performance statistics.

Excel download: Export and download your statistics into Excel files.

Requirements

  • The Telavox Statistics add-on. This can be added to any user in the Telavox Admin portal.

  • The Power BI user right. Your advisor at Telavox can help you set this up.

  • A PowerBI account with Pro licensing.
