You can easily connect PowerBi with Telavox in order to visualize your communication statistics. You only need to do the following:

Navigate to AppSource within PowerBi and download the Telavox Analytics app

Once the application is installed select the option “Connect your data”

Sign in with your Telavox credentials
Overview: The complete overview of your calls.
Service Level: Your queues service levels over time.
Call status: Analyze your call performance with information regarding the amount of answered calls, missed calls etc.
Queue performance: More in depth queue performance statistics.
Agent performance: More in depth agent performance statistics.
Excel download: Export and download your statistics into Excel files.
Requirements

The Telavox Statistics add-on. This can be added to any user in the Telavox Admin portal.

The Power BI user right. Your advisor at Telavox can help you set this up.
