Developers & API

An open platform, not
a closed box.

Documented APIs, real-time events and data streaming, and a surface built to be driven by AI and human agents. The Conversational OS connects to the systems your customers run on, and it’s programmable underneath.

The argument

Open where it counts.

Most communication platforms are a closed box: what you get is what shipped, and connecting it to anything else is someone else’s problem. This one is built to connect. It exposes documented APIs, emits events in real time, and streams its data out, all on top of the network, the workspace and the data layer together.

What the platform exposes

Documented, versioned,

real-time.

Customer API (CAPI).

Powers customer-facing integrations: connecting to the systems a business runs on, reading call and contact data, acting on conversations. The API behind the integration ecosystem.

Partner API (PAPI).

The operator and white-label surface: provisioning, management and running the platform programmatically under your brand.

Events and real-time

What is going on while
it is going on.

The platform emits events on what happens during a conversation, when it starts, when it is answered, when it ends, so connected systems act the instant it does. Real-time data streaming sends call and event data out as it happens, into a data warehouse or a live dashboard, with no batch export and no lag.

Built for AI agents

Built to be driven by an AI agent.

The APIs are made to be consumed by AI, not only by code. Each ships a downloadable skill, a plain-Markdown brief that gives an LLM what it needs to operate the API: identity, base URL, auth, conventions, the safety contract, and pointers to the live specs. The same content runs as a live MCP server, so MCP-capable agents call its typed tools directly.

Run like infrastructure

Run like infrastructure.

Live OpenAPI references for every API. A best-practices guide covering authentication, traffic shape, retries, pagination and error handling. A changelog showing the structured diff of every spec change with breaking changes flagged, and a machine-readable announcements feed for releases and deprecations.

Why it matters to you

Open is what keeps
it future-proof.

A documented, versioned, event-driven platform is one you can trust to fit your world and keep up with it. Because it is built for AI agents, it is ready for the agentic shift without re-platforming when that arrives. The connecting itself is delivered by Telavox or done with you.

Proof

Open and in production.

The APIs are stable and live, with an ecosystem of integrations built on them and operators running white-label on the OS today. Telavox builds on the same surface to deliver it.
