About Telavox
We want to help you stay in touch.
And we want it to be easy.
We want to help you stay in touch.
And we want it to be easy.
Telavox is a telecommunications software company with more than 20 years of experience enabling rewarding conversations. Our headquarters are in Malmö, Sweden, and we have offices and representatives across the world.
Our mission is to make complex customer communication as painless as possible – we want to facilitate rewarding conversations by providing the right solution at the right time.
Getting a hold of people across channels, devices, and networks is fundamental to any company. Our relationships live online and today’s customers expect seamless migration between channels and frictionless conversations.
This is all in pursuit of rewarding conversations. Relationships are the center of conversations, whether it’s between businesses and brands or users and agents.
But a company without optimal communication – or with multiple disconnected systems – will have a hard time fostering these rewarding conversations.
Our north star has always been to make it easy for our customers to communicate and have conversations that contribute to their success. But making things easier is hard work. That’s why our everyday consists of listening to our customers, getting to know their problems, and developing ways to simplify communication.
Swedish innovative culture is our heritage. We follow in the footsteps of great innovators like Eva De la Gardie, Alfred Nobel, Gustaf de Laval, Ingvar Kamprad, and Lars Magnus Ericsson.
Our history of innovation in tech, IT and telecom comes from the fact that we’re a nation that, rather than relying on a large population, depends on a small group of agile people leveraging efficient, smart and scalable solutions.
The Telavox platform makes room for rewarding conversations by being easy to use. It has been cloud-based from the start, which enables us, our customers, and our partners to drive innovation. And since we own our product from top to bottom, we fully control the roadmap and the ability to respond quickly to market changes.
Customers want to communicate wherever they are and in whatever channel they use. With a global platform built on mobility, programmability, and digitalisation, we turn everyday communication into rewarding conversations.
Find out how we make sure we work in a way that is sustainable and positive for our environment, our employees and our society.
