Telavox is a telecommunications software company with more than 20 years of experience enabling rewarding conversations. Our headquarters are in Malmö, Sweden, and we have offices and representatives across the world.
Our mission is to make complex customer communication as painless as possible – we want to facilitate rewarding conversations by providing the right solution at the right time.
Getting a hold of people across channels, devices, and networks is fundamental to any company. Our relationships live online and today’s customers expect seamless migration between channels and frictionless conversations.

Our north star has always been to make it easy for our customers to communicate and have conversations that contribute to their success. But making things easier is hard work. Telavox acquires eRate, Norway’s market-leading Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE).
2021
Telavox further expands in Europe, acquiring the cloud solutions provider ALLOcloud in Belgium and France.

Telavox expands in Europe by acquiring the cloud-based communications provider Numintec in Spain and Portugal.

Telavox adds TDC in Denmark as a network alternative to offer the best experience in every country. We also launch eSim in Finland and simplify our branding by replacing the 'Flow' product name with 'Telavox'.

Telavox expands into Contact Center, launching service level dashboard and programmable call routing. Also launches video conferencing using WebRTC.

Telavox acquires iCentrex and increases its sales by 17 percent over 2018 to SEK 535 million.

Sweden's 4G usage grows 275% since 2014, reaching 13.9 GB per user per month in 2019.

Telavox becomes a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) on the Telia network.

Telavox launches a cloud PBX service under the name "Centrex" and becomes one of the world's first vendors of IP-Telephony.

Telavox is founded when two students from Lund get an idea to make a more cost effective and easier to use cloud PBX service.

As an alternative to the conventional Centrex service, IP Centrex services are offered by several vendors and are being tested by major operators in Western Europe, particularly Sweden.

He has been a board member of several companies during his time at Altor and as a private investor. Before that he worked at Goldman Sachs. Viktor was only 19 years old when he got the idea to create a user friendly Cloud PBX Together with two friends he founded Telavox in 2003. He was one of the players in the market that made IP telephony more easily accessible to Nordic companies in the early 2000s. He also decided to develop the world’s best PBX solution for companies. With Viktor at the helm, Telavox has revolutionised the Swedish telecom industry.
