Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get up and running as a new dealer for Telavox?

The onboarding and the certifying process starts as soon as we have agreed on a partnership. Normally the training takes up to 2 weeks and covers both commercial and technical aspects of being a partner to Telavox.

How often are commissions paid out?

We conduct a control and send out invoice documentation every second week.

What level of support do we offer a dealer's end-customers?

As a dealer to Telavox you administer first line support, whereas Telavox delivers second line support towards you.

Do dealers get dedicated resources to work with?

Yes, you will be handled both by a commercial contact person (Partner Sales Manager) as well as a technical contact person.

Do we get any support with marketing towards end-customers?

Marketing collateral is available from the start and it's possible to apply for Co-op/Market Development Funds (MDF). You are also more than welcome to discuss potential marketing activities with our Channel Marketing Manager.
