Sync your Google account with Telavox

Overview

Simple sign-in using your Google account, effortless calendar and contacts integration, and easy access to shared Google documents – it’s all there in Telavox. Read on to learn more about the integration features and how to enable them.

How to setup the integration

Already a Telavox customer? Check out our support & installation document.   How to setup single sign-on:

  1. In your Telavox account, select Settings from the top menu bar.
  2. Click on My account in the left pane.
  3. Under Connected services > Add account, click on Connect account.
  4. Sign in to your Google account following the instructions in the pop-up window.

  How to integrate your calendar:

  1. In your Telavox account, go to Settings > My Account.
  2. Scroll down to Connected services then click Connect account to sign in through your Google account.
  3. In the pop-up choose and sign in to your account.
  4. You will see Synchronisation in progress > Synched accounts.
  5. Done!
