Pull all your employee contact information from Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure Active Directory) into Telavox, making administration faster and easier. Information in the Telavox admin portal is updated automatically whenever changes are made in your Microsoft directory.
You do not need to worry about updating employees’ contact cards in Telavox every time someone changes home address, job title or organisation. Just change the necessary information in Microsoft Entra ID and it will be automatically updated in Telavox. You can choose to enable daily automatic synchronisation between Entra ID and Telavox or trigger the updates manually.
When a new employee needs to be activated in the Telavox system, you do not need to create a new profile manually in the Telavox admin portal. Since the information from Entra ID is pulled into Telavox admin portal, you can simply select the new names and assign them with the correct licenses within the Telavox environment making user administration easier, faster and guaranteed correct.
What if there is a group of people that you need to create accounts for in Telavox? Same here, just open the Telavox admin portal, enter email addresses of the people you need to add to Telavox and the rest of the information will be automatically fetched from Entra ID. Then just assign the relevant services to all of the new users at the same time, enjoying a faster and easier administration process.

We use the email address to check if the Entra ID Active Directory has a unique entry that corresponds to the Telavox email address.
No, Telavox can only receive information from Entra ID, but not send to it, i.e. it has only “read” rights, but not “write”.
