This Unified Communications as a service (UCaaS) and Contact Center (CC) technical specification sheet has been compiled using the many Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents Telavox has received over the years. Our own list of frequently requested features and functions was then further expanded upon using information compiled by the market research firms Gartner and Forrester.
