Telavox’s sub-processors

All Telavox services are technically configured and delivered via Telavox AB. As a consequential effect of this, for all agreements with Telavox subsidiaries, the following relation will exist.

The following sub-contractors/sub-processors are used by Telavox AB when providing its cloud-based telephony solution/PBX as a processor in relation to its customers (companies). Categories of data subjects processed: Customer’s users

Added-service sub-processors

Note: These are optional sub-processors and are not by default added to Telavox AB services. If you have a query whether these are used in your setup – contact your Telavox point of contact. Telavox AB uses the following sub-contractors/sub-processors in connection with its services in relation to its customers (companies), however provided that the Customer has ordered these optional solutions provided by these vendors. The categories of data subjects processed are Customer’s users.

Network Operators when using the Telavox Service (outside EU/EEA)

When the Customer’s user makes a call or otherwise communicates with recipients outside the EU/EEA, such communication will cause transfer of its content, which is necessary for Telavox’s performance of the telephony service agreement with the Customer.

Directory Assistance and Porting Services

Telavox operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Great Britain. In each country, Telavox shares customer/user data with directory assistance and porting services companies, as required and regulated in each country (subject to the customer’s/user’s possibility to opt out, as applicable). These companies do not act as Telavox’s sub-processors, they act as controllers. Here is an example of Directory Assistance and Porting Services used in Sweden:

Third Party integrations (CTI)

The Customer has the option to add Telavox CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) for CRM/Helpdesk systems, which is a user license add-on feature that enables Telavox CRM/Helpdesk integrations. See further information here: https://www.telavox.com/integrations/.

The Telavox CTI is only provided upon Customer’s written instructions and order. The Telavox CTI requires that Customer has entered into a license agreement with the third party Supplier with respect to the applicable host service, enabling Telavox to integrate with the host service. Telavox does not enter into any agreement with the third party supplier for Customer’s use of the host services, Telavox merely provides the technical means for the Customer to interact with the Supplier host service through the Telavox CTI.

In this connection Telavox processes data in accordance with the Customer’s documented instructions for the CTI service (as processor). Telavox is not using the third party Supplier as sub-contractor in connection with providing the third party integration. Thus, the third party Suppliers are not regarded as Telavox’ sub-processors (or sub-suppliers).

Telavox Affiliates

The following list identifies Telavox’s affiliates that may be relied upon by Telavox in its client service activities and may be used in connection with Telavox’s processing of personal data on behalf of its clients in the context of the provision of its services where specialised expertise and/or support services from any of these affiliates are used.
